- Provider enquiry submissions: If you submit a provider listing enquiry, we collect business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website and service details.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymised data about how you use our website including pages visited, time on site and referral sources. This is collected via analytics tools and is not personally identifiable.
- Cookies and local storage: We use cookies and browser local storage for functional purposes such as remembering your search preferences. See the Cookie Policy section below.
We do not collect sensitive information such as health information, NDIS plan details or financial information. FindLocalNDIS is a public directory only.

Provider listings on FindLocalNDIS are sourced from Google Places and may be supplemented by information submitted directly by providers. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Users should verify provider details directly before making decisions.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and our database infrastructure implements role-based access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Access, Correction and Complaints
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
