- ✓Mention your child's or family member's disability type so other families in similar situations know it's relevant to them.
- ✓Share what the provider did particularly well — communication, availability, outcomes.
- ✓Be honest but fair. Constructive feedback helps providers improve and helps families set expectations.
- ✓You don't need to share personal details — first name only is fine.
- ✓Even a short review is better than no review. A rating and two sentences can make a real difference.
